AG/CAD has announced the appointment of Dan Hulme as its newest CAD Software Trainer, strengthening the company’s technical support and implementation teams across the packaging, signage and graphics industries. Hulme joins the business with a strong background in computer-aided design and extensive experience training users of varying technical abilities across diverse software platforms.
In his new role, Hulme is responsible for helping clients develop their technical drafting skills, whilst also contributing fresh perspectives to the ongoing development and feature updates of AG/CAD’s proprietary KASEMAKE structural packaging design software.
The appointment comes as the company continues to expand its global customer support network. Hulme has already deployed international training programmes, working with packaging manufacturing businesses across the UK as well as in the US states of Tennessee and South Carolina to help operators optimise their digital workflows.
Andrew Boulton, Sales Director at AG/CAD, said, ‘From the UK to the US states of Tennessee and South Carolina, Dan has already helped many companies maximise their investment in KASEMAKE software and DYSS digital cutters. We are confident that Dan’s skills, enthusiasm, and forward-thinking approach will deliver significant value to our customers’.
The company invites manufacturing businesses and structural design departments with upcoming software or finishing machinery training requirements to get in touch with its technical support team to discuss tailored instruction packages.
