Esko and Linx, both Veralto companies serving the global packaging industry, have announced leadership appointments that reinforce their commitment to innovation, customer success and long-term growth.
Effective July 6, 2026, Eddy Fadel has been appointed President of Linx, a leading provider of industrial inkjet printing and coding solutions, while Thomas Klein has been appointed Interim General Manager of the Esko Digital Flexo business, ensuring continuity and continued focus on innovation and customer success.
Eddy joins Linx after a hugely successful nine years with Esko, where he most recently led the Digital Flexo business. During his tenure, he helped transform the business from a hardware-focused operation into a comprehensive automated ecosystem, supporting customers with integrated solutions while delivering sustained business growth. Earlier in his Esko career, he also led the successful transition of the company’s supplier business to a subscription model.
“This well-deserved promotion recognizes Eddy’s outstanding leadership, business accomplishments, and the significant impact he has made across Esko over the past nine years,” said Mattias Byström, Senior VP and Chief Segment Officer, Product Quality & Innovation, Veralto. “As President of Linx, Eddy will lead the business with a mission to reignite growth, strengthen market leadership, and position the business for long-term success. His role is pivotal in ensuring the business continues to support manufacturers worldwide with reliable printing and coding technologies that improve productivity, traceability and compliance.”
Eddy Fadel commented: “It has been a privilege to work alongside the talented teams at Esko and to partner with customers across the packaging industry over the past nine years. I am excited to begin this new chapter with Linx while remaining part of the Veralto family.
“Both businesses play important roles in helping manufacturers improve efficiency and quality, and I look forward to building on the strong foundation of Linx and working closely with customers, partners and colleagues around the world.”
Taking over as Esko Interim GM of Digital Flexo, Thomas Klein brings more than three decades of experience to his new role. Mattias Byström said: “Having spent 34 years with the company in a variety of leadership positions across both the Digital Flexo and Digital Finishing businesses, his extensive industry knowledge and long-standing customer relationships position him well to continue advancing the Digital Flexo strategy.”
Thomas said he was delighted to be taking on his new role with the global provider of integrated solutions that accelerate the go-to-market process of packaged goods. “Digital Flexo remains a core part of the Esko portfolio and the company’s long-term growth strategy,” he said. “Our customers can expect business continuity, ongoing investment in innovation, and the same commitment to service excellence that has defined the business for many years.
“Together with our customers and partners, we will continue advancing the Digital Flexo ecosystem to help packaging converters succeed in a rapidly evolving market.”
The latest appointments underscore the commitment of Veralto to developing leadership talent across its operating companies while ensuring continuity, innovation and customer focus throughout its packaging technology portfolio.
