The second edition of Bharat Print Expo successfully concluded in Chennai from 27th to 29th April 2026 at the Chennai Trade Centre, marking yet another milestone for India’s rapidly evolving print and packaging industry. Building on the phenomenal success of its inaugural Bengaluru edition, the exhibition delivered a bigger, stronger, and more impactful platform, further solidifying its position as South India’s Largest Printing Exhibition.
Organised by theAll India Federation of Master Printersin association withReEnvision Events Private Limited, the expo witnessed participation from 180+ exhibitors, showcasing cutting-edge technologies across print, offset, digital, packaging, corrugation, & signage.
Notably, despite the ongoing geopolitical tensions and war-like situation impacting global sentiment, the exhibition witnessed strong participation and unwavering industry support—demonstrating the resilience, confidence, and forward-looking approach of the Indian print fraternity.
A Resounding Industry Response
Over three action-packed days, Bharat Print Expo 2026 attracted 12000+ trade visitors, including commercial printers, package converters, brand owners, and key decision-makers from across India. The exhibition floor remained vibrant throughout, with live demonstrations, product launches, and high-value business interactions driving strong engagement.
Reflecting on the experience, Ashish Joshi, Senior Manager, Epson, shared:

Mr. Ravindra Reddy, President of All India Federation of Master Printers (AIFMP), said:

Further strengthening industry collaboration, the AIFMP General Council (GC) Meeting was successfully held on 29th April, hosted by MPLA. The meeting brought together key industry leaders and representatives from across the country adding significant institutional value to the overall event.
