Schobertechnologies demonstrates a Twin Spider set-up for their RSM410 IML/MX. The Twin Spider is specially designed for the high-speed die-cutting and stacking ofinmould labels. With the Twin Spider set-up, the RSM410 IML/MX provides a high-speed, programmable robot-automated stacking and counting system (‘Spider’). The proven robot delivery is designed in such a way that different products can be stacked with the same print image to save material and production runs. The products are perfectly aligned in stacking magazines, ready for instant banding next to the machine.
For short runs, especially in the case of digital printing, Schobertechnologies offers a hybrid rotary vector die-cutting system (‘Varicut’) to be format independent.
In addition, Schobertechnologies displays punching modules for parking tickets, tea tags and line hole perforations, available in different material combinations, as well as all types of slitting knifes, blades and die cutting cylinders for challenging materials in the world of labels and packing.
Such equipment can be integrated into existing machines or new OEM equipment. The Schober Team invites you to the booth. Bring along your drawings or samples to discuss with the experts your converting challenges during Labelexpo Europe.
