Fosber has recently announced the appointment of two seasoned professionals to bolster its commercial department.
Andrea Simonetti, who has been with Fosber since 2013, brings a wealth of experience to his new role. Having initially served as a credit control specialist, he transitioned to the After Sales department in 2015. Following Fosber’s acquisition of Tiruña in 2019, Simonetti played a pivotal role in managing integration operations within the group. His dedication and leadership led to his appointment as After Sales Manager at Quantum Corrugated in July 2020, a position he held until the end of 2022 when he moved to the sales office. Since 2024, Simonetti has been serving as the Area Sales Manager for Fosber, overseeing regions including Iberia, Cono Sur, Central and Southern America, as well as Caribbean countries.
Pier Francesco Cesetti, who joined Fosber in 2018, has also ascended through the ranks within the company. Beginning as an Inside Sales Specialist, Cesetti’s expertise and commitment led to his appointment as Commercial Coordinator in the new After Sales Commercial Department in 2021. In 2023, he assumed the role of Regional Account Manager, focusing on after-sales commercial aspects in key markets such as Italy, the UK, The Netherlands, the Scandinavian area, Poland, and Turkey. At the start of 2024, Cesetti transitioned to the commercial area as an Area Sales Manager, responsible for Eastern Europe, Greece, and the Balkans.
Marco Betola, CEO of Fosber, expressed confidence in the capabilities of both Simonetti and Cesetti, stating, “Both of them have worked at Fosber for years, gaining valuable experience, enhancing their skills and know-how of the industry, making them ideally suited for the new roles.”
