Companies come together for basketball-themed seminar to assist with organizing, adapting, and innovating for tomorrow’s plateroom needs
Leading flexographic solutions providers DuPont™ Cyrel®, APR and Esko are forming a dream team for a special seminar next month, coaching businesses on how to make decisions that will drive their company into the zone to achieve a profitable future.
Timed to coincide with the annual NCAA basketball tournament, The Big Dance event will see experts from across the industry come together to discuss the future of platemaking and how organizing, adapting, and innovating the future of the plateroom can help prepress tradeshops and packaging converters secure the win for their customers – and their businesses.
PJ Fronczkiewicz, North America Manager of Technical Marketing & Service with DuPont™ Cyrel® Flexographic Solutions, said the event, on Thursday March 19, would feature a number of flexo specialists speaking on the crucial topics affecting businesses in 2026, before an informal networking session – and watching some of the tournament’s games – in the late afternoon.
“We’re excited to share the latest technological advances that can make a meaningful difference to results,” said PJ. “We’ve put together a schedule tailored for flexographic printing industry players, delivering the biggest impact specifically for those working across print production, prepress and platemaking departments.
“Our focus is on providing actionable insights coupled with tactics that will actually help press operators, platemakers, prepress specialists, production managers, and decision makers achieve success,” he said. “Throughout the day, the team will analyze everything from how priorities are shifting in 2026 to how new technologies are redefining the game from solution identification to continuous improvement after implementation.”
The day-long Big Dance will be held from 8am-4pm on Thursday March 19 2026, at the APR headquarters in Glendale Heights, Illinois.
“We’re looking forward to welcoming our customer partners for a day of learning, before enjoying some refreshments, catching up with our industry colleagues and of course taking in the games,” said PJ.
