AM Labels Limited will showcase a varied selection of labelling technology at Packaging Innovations and Empack 2026, illustrating how its diverse solutions can enhance operational performance, improve processes and streamline operations. On stand W90, AM Labels will be exhibiting the latest addition to its portfolio, the M2 thermal inkjet printer.
Taking place at the NEC in Birmingham on the 11th and 12th February 2026, Packaging Innovations and Empack is a leading trade show for the print and packaging industry. Visitors to the exhibition can discover the latest product launches and innovative solutions from over 450 of the industry’s leading suppliers and manufacturers.
On the AM Labels stand, visitors will have the opportunity to get hands on with the recently introduced M2 thermal inkjet printer. The M2 integrates directly into production lines to deliver accurate variable data at speed. Whether printing best before expiry dates, date codes, QR codes, or barcodes, the M2 thermal inkjet printer applies them accurately, and efficiently, at fast print speeds of up to 100 metres per minute.
In addition, visitors to AM Labels’ stand will be able to see the Afinia X350 digital roll-to-roll press in action. The press is designed for labels and flexible packaging and benefits from a powerful performance with a small footprint, meaning it can fit seamlessly into production areas with limited space. Thanks to its 350 mm print width, large eight litre CMYK ink capacity with two litres per colour channel and print speeds of up to 29 inches per second, the X350 is ideal for high volume production requirements.
Showcasing more of its extensive portfolio, AM Labels will be demonstrating the Epson ColorWorks C8000 industrial colour label printer, which offers enhanced print quality that allows for the production of vibrant, high gloss images. It is compatible with a wide variety of materials, including matte and gloss paper, and synthetic label materials. AM Labels boasts a high install base and is therefore well placed to offer guidance and support to Packaging Innovations visitors on the Epson ColorWorks Series.
The AM Labels stand will also feature the OKI Pro1050 five colour digital label printer, which offers the added benefit of printing in white, enabling greater design flexibility, as white can be used as a background on transparent and dark label materials, such as metallics.
In addition to colour label printers, AM Labels will be exhibiting automation equipment from its portfolio, explaining to visitors how the solutions can improve the productivity, efficiency and cost effectiveness of their operations. AM Labels can supply applicators for a range of packaging needs in a variety of industries.
AM Labels will be demonstrating the LabelPack Panda print and apply system. Designed to be integrated with thermal transfer print engines from various leading manufacturers including SATO, Zebra and TSC, the Panda print and apply solution utilises a motorised liner re-winder and features an anti-rotating linear applicator with a 300 mm stroke as standard. The high performance system is ideal for use by companies printing variable batches or those that require different labels to be attached to each product, such as in distribution or logistics sectors where businesses are printing and applying shipping labels.
