BoxWay Packaging Group, the innovative, customer-focused, design-led corrugated cardboard packaging business, is pleased to confirm it has appointed two highly skilled new employees at its Exeter site.
Innovative BoxWay Packaging Group Limited is welcomingVince McDermott to the position of Operations Director and Gabriel Ciubotariuto the position of Production Manager, both to be basedat its Sowton Industrial Estatemanufacturing site.
As Operations Director, Vince’s initial focus for an interim six-month basiswill be on production, QHSE, logistics and engineering, althoughhe will eventually take over responsibility for the additional operational functions also. Vince is an extremely experienced operations professional and joins BoxWay Packaging Group from SFL in Barnstaple. He previously worked for many years in corrugated packaging with DS Smith and Atlas Packaging. Vince is married and lives in Barnstaple.
In his new role as Production Manager, Gabriel Ciubotariuwill initially focus on production performance, ensuring the production plan is executed on a daily basis as well asmanaging staffing on the shopfloor.Gabriel has considerable experience in production management having formerly worked for many years in packaging. Gabriel joins from Welton & Bibby in Westbury and previously worked for many years in corrugated packaging with Westbury packaging and Ecopack in Romania
