Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America (MHIA) Corrugating Machinery Division (CMD) has announced the launch of its new Customer Portal, a dedicated digital platform created to provide existing customers with secure, centralized access to essential machine and service-related information.
The MHIA Customer Portal consolidates a wide range of critical resources into one convenient location. Customers can now easily access parts, operation, and maintenance manuals, along with service call logs, detailed reports, service schedules, and parts quotation support. This streamlined approach enables users to better manage equipment documentation, track service history, and plan maintenance activities more efficiently.
Commenting on the initiative, Christine Little, Director of Sales at MHIA CMD, said, “Our goal with the Customer Portal is to simplify access to the information customers need to support both daily operations and long-term equipment performance. This platform provides a single point of access for essential machine and service resources.”
