To meet the rising demand for industrial packaging, BENZ Packaging has opened a new facility in Manesar, Haryana. Spread across 11,000 sq ft, this is the company’s third manufacturing unit, aimed at strengthening its heavy-duty packaging portfolio and serving industries that require robust export-ready solutions.
Strengthening packaging for heavy industries
The new unit will produce a variety of heavy-duty packaging products, including nail-less boxes, pinewood boxes, industrial skids, and wooden pallets. It is designed to enhance BENZ’s ability to offer integrated and durable packaging systems for sectors like engineering, renewable energy, and heavy machinery exports.
“This expansion marks a strategic step in our growth journey,” said Manan Chopra, Director at BENZ Packaging. “Manesar’s proximity to key industrial hubs and logistics corridors will allow us to serve our clients with greater speed, flexibility, and technical precision.”
Focus on preservation and sustainable solutions
The Manesar facility will also support moisture-control and corrosion-prevention solutions. These include VCI-based packaging, desiccants, and treated wood to meet export standards that are vital for protecting large machinery during transit through varied climates.
Expanding reach and long-term vision
With existing units in Gurgaon and Jhajjar, BENZ Packaging’s latest addition reflects its ongoing investment in automation, innovation, and eco-conscious packaging. The company’s expansion strategy is aimed at meeting both domestic and international needs while strengthening its leadership in sustainable, long-lasting packaging systems.
