The contest is organised by the French Association of Flexographic Technology (ATF Flexo) and is the only annual event in France that acknowledges the best flexographic artwork. This year, the Coveris team achieved a silver award in the \u2018Shrink Films other than Polyethylene\u2019 category as well as a bronze award in the \u2018Non-Shrink Polyethylene Films\u2019 category.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The silver winning product in the \u2018Shrink Films other than Polyethylene\u2019 category is a shrink sleeve printed for the yoghurt brand YOP, part of the Yoplait Group. This promotional sleeve was produced for a limited edition of chocolate hazelnut flavoured yoghurt. The sleeve was applied to a white 500ml PET bottle with a distinctive shape.<br>The bronze award-winning print in the \u2018Non-Shrink Polyethylene Films\u2019 category was produced to decorate a 6 litre metal beer barrel for the Adnams Ghost Ship brand. This is a PE stretch sleeve, extruded at Coveris\u2019 site in Firminy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Florent Laffitte, Development and Methods Manager at Coveris Angoul\u00eame, was present at the awards ceremony. &#8220;We are very pleased with these two prizes, which&nbsp;highlights both our printing expertise and the commitment of our teams working across different facilities, from extrusion at the Firminy site to printing and conversion at our Angoul\u00eame site.
