Fort Worth, Texas, USA \u2014 September 2026:<\/strong> Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America (MHIA) Corrugating Machinery Division (CMD) will present its expanding range of corrugating and converting technologies, together with a broader portfolio of customer support and lifecycle services, at Corrugated Week 2026<\/strong>, taking place September 28\u201330 in Fort Worth, Texas. MHIA will exhibit at Booth #701<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company\u2019s presence at the event will focus not only on equipment technology, but also on the services, technical resources and digital tools that help corrugated packaging manufacturers maintain productivity and equipment performance throughout the operating life of their machines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cCorrugated Week gives us an important opportunity to hear directly from box makers about what is happening on their production floors and where they are planning to go next,\u201d said Masato Yoshida, Senior Vice President of Sales, MHIA CMD<\/strong>. \u201cOur focus is not simply on the machine itself. Continued Growth of EVOL and Converting Solutions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

MHIA arrives at Corrugated Week following a year of continued activity in the North American corrugated market, with the EVOL flexo folder gluer<\/strong> remaining a key part of the company\u2019s converting portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Multiple EVOL installations have strengthened MHIA\u2019s presence across North America, while the company has continued developing service and lifecycle support programs aimed at helping customers maximize equipment availability, maintenance efficiency and long-term performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another technology receiving attention is the MPF-WII pre-feeder<\/strong>, MHIA\u2019s larger pre-feeder solution developed to provide stable stacking, feeding and first bundling at the front end of a converting line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Earlier this year, MHIA completed the first U.S. installation of the MPF-WII<\/strong> at a corrugated packaging operation on the West Coast, introducing the equipment to the North American market. Designed for compatibility with the EVOL 115<\/strong>, the MPF-WII is intended to promote consistent sheet handling and feeding into high-performance converting equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Interest in the MPF-WII continues as corrugated manufacturers consider new converting capacity and increasingly integrated production-line solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Supporting Corrugator Performance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

MHIA will also highlight its corrugator-focused technologies and services, including the 60N Single Facer<\/strong> and the Corrugator Audit Program (CAP)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These offerings form part of MHIA\u2019s broader approach to corrugator performance, combining equipment technology with equipment assessment, maintenance planning and technical expertise. The objective is to help manufacturers better understand equipment condition and identify opportunities to improve operational performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alongside its equipment portfolio, MHIA continues to expand its infrastructure for supporting customers throughout the lifecycle of their machinery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of this effort, the company recently relocated its Las Vegas warehouse to a larger facility<\/strong>, providing increased capacity for parts inventory and fulfillment for customers across the Western United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The expanded facility is expected to strengthen MHIA\u2019s regional support capabilities, with additional information about the facility and the company\u2019s regional service strategy planned for 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Digital Platform Connects Customers with Service Resources<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

MHIA has also expanded its digital customer support capabilities with the launch of the MHIA Customer Portal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The secure online platform provides existing customers with centralized access to important machine and service information. Resources available through the portal include parts information, operating and maintenance manuals, service call logs and reports, service schedules, and parts quoting<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By bringing these resources together in a single platform, MHIA aims to make it easier for customers to access the information required to manage equipment and service needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
