The acquisition, signing of which was announced on 23 January 2026, strengthens Mets\u00e4 Board\u2019s sheeting capacity and service capabilities in the European market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Winschoten facility is one of Europe\u2019s largest and most advanced sheeting and distribution hubs, with an annual capacity of approximately 100,000 tonnes and 22 employees. The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the completion, Mets\u00e4 Board will begin integrating the Winschoten Hub into its European operations, aligning production, logistics and customer service processes.
