Noel\u2019s appointment reinforces VPK\u2019s investment in local production, local capability, and a strong leadership foundation to support future growth in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Noel brings more than 30 years of senior leadership experience across the recycling, packaging and food industries. His background spans commercial strategy, procurement, sales and business development at executive level, along with an extensive record of building high-performing teams and delivering operational improvements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Paul Barber<\/strong>, Interim Managing Director at VPK Packaging UK &amp; Ireland, commented: \u201cThis is a significant appointment for VPK and a clear statement of our commitment to the Irish market.
