Flint Group, a leading supplier of inks, coatings and service solutions for the global packaging and print industry, is accelerating progress against its environmental goals as the company\u2019s 2024 Sustainability Report reveals that it has cut greenhouse gas emissions by more than a third since 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The report, which covers the period from 1 January to 31 December 2024, details significant gains against Flint Group\u2019s PRISM framework, which is centred on Product, Planet, and People.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The report shows Flint Group has made a 34% reduction in total greenhouse gas emissions against its 2019 baseline, marking steady progress towards its 46.2% reduction target by 2030. This includes a 31% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The company has also achieved a 24% reduction in total electricity consumption vs its 2022 benchmark, 23% of which now comes from renewable sources, while water consumption is 24% lower than in 2022 with the initial 5% reduction target already achieved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flint Group also achieved strong results in the CDP indices, with a B rating for Climate Change and Water Security and an A- for Supplier Engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Flint Group continued to advance product and service innovation, with a strong focus on enabling circularity in packaging. The company launched ink and coating developments – tailored for Narrow Web, Flexible Packaging, Paper & Board, and Sheetfed Offset applications \u2013 that reflect their commitment.
