The ceremony was held in Madrid and was presided over by the British Ambassador to Spain, Alex Ellis, alongside Ceri Morgan, the British Government’s Trade Commissioner for Europe, and Amparo L\u00f3pez Senovilla, Spain\u2019s Secretary of State for Trade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
