This decision means the company is clearly positioning itself to promote sustainable growth under the stewardship of the family and even closer partnerships with its customers.<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A strong sign of future viability, continuity and partnership.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><br><em>\u201cFirst of all, my brother will add an extra dimension to the Board by providing key ideas from the customer\u2019s perspective, and secondly, together with me, he\u2019ll act as a guarantor in ensuring that the values and principles that have made Progroup successful continue to be championed in the future. Not only will he bring a comprehensive understanding of the market, but he\u2019s also able to shape customer relationships with real vision and depth. I\u2019m really thrilled that he\u2019s now set to make our team of Board members even stronger,\u201d<\/em>, says CEO Maximilian Heindl, who took over as Chief Executive Officer from Progroup\u2019s founder J\u00fcrgen Heindl at the turn of 2022\/2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vinzenz Heindl worked as Managing Director to establish Professionals Academy SPO GmbH. As part of JH Holding GmbH \u2013 the principal partner and majority shareholder of Progroup AG \u2013 it offers a platform for people to engage on issues specific to the industry and family-run companies. In this role, he developed a close network and established the Professionals Academy as a key driver of sustainable development for family-run companies in the paper and packaging industry in Central Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cMy appointment to the Progroup Board is an important step for me \u2013 both professionally and personally. I look forward to continuing to expand our trusting relationships with our customers \u2013 many of them have existed for years, some even for decades, and they\u2019re defined by close personal ties.
