DuPont\u2122 Cyrel\u00ae Flexographic Solutions is reinforcing its commitment to quality assurance in India with the introduction of new branded plates to give customers the confidence they are receiving authentic DuPont\u2122 Cyrel\u00ae material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The branded DEC 185 – a low medium durometer digital plate for corrugated board applications which can withstand demanding requirements \u2013 will be available across India from May, as DuPont\u2122 Cyrel\u00ae continues to develop solutions that deliver optimum results while addressing the challenge of counterfeit products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis new version of the DEC 185 has the DuPont\u2122 Cyrel\u00ae logo embedded into the plate to ensure both the raw material and finished plate are clearly identified as genuine product,\u201d said Edwin Koh<\/strong>, AP Commercial Leader, DuPont\u2122 Cyrel\u00ae Flexographic Solutions. \u201cThe branded plate has been specifically developed for certain territories and represents the latest step in our ongoing efforts to assure customers that they are working exclusively with the authentic DuPont\u2122 Cyrel\u00ae plate material they require and expect\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOur supply chain teams and partners are working together to ensure the new branded DEC 185 is made available in India promptly,\u201d added Edwin. The product will be launched later this month  through Creative Graphics, who are the leading plate suppliers to the corrugated industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The branded base technology has already been successfully introduced in the region, with the DuPont\u2122 Cyrel\u00ae HDC high durometer analogue plate now in wide circulation. \u201cWe have been supplying branded plates for the analogue process for some time, and with the DEC 185 we are now extending this to the digital workflow,\u201d said Gururaj Kirsur, Sales Manager, South Asia, DuPont\u2122 Cyrel\u00ae Flexographic Solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ideal for corrugated post-print, sacks and rough paper surfaces, the robust DEC 185 is an all-purpose plate that delivers excellent ink transfer for superior printing uniformity, and better-quality reproduction through high exposure resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
