This action is a direct response to rising costs tied to global trade policy changes, including a 145% tariff on China-sourced goods and new global baseline tariffs at or above 10%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The temporary surcharge is intended to offset these external pressures without compromising product availability or service quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe know our customers are focused on controlling their costs,\u201d said <strong>Ed Connors<\/strong>, Chief Business Officer, Americas. \u201cOur goal is to minimize the impact while continuing to deliver strong value and a dependable supply to our customers.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Solenis is taking steps to minimize the burden on customers, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Limiting increases wherever possible through strategic sourcing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prioritizing localized production to reduce exposure to international cost swings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leveraging the strength of its global supply chain to cushion cost impacts and protect continuity of supply<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe will continue to monitor global trade conditions closely.
