One of the key points of this location is the immediate availability of spare parts. TCY\u00a0Europe\u00a0stocks 80% of components for QS and N-Series flexo folder-gluers, covering standard formats (618, 850, 1025, 1230), as well as a dedicated stock for jumbo lines. For other machines, access to an expanded stock will enable deliveries within a week. The aim of these logistics is to minimize equipment downtime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With a view to optimizing service, TCY\u00a0Europe\u00a0is also introducing an online platform for ordering spare parts, with delivery within 24 to 48 hours. This tool should simplify procurement and improve the management of technical interventions by reducing waiting times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
