After nearly 60 years of awarding annually the prestigious Paper Gold Medal to individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to the print, paper and allied industries, the Paper Industry Gold Medal Association has passed the custodianship of the Gold Medal to the Stationers\u2019 Company, the livery company for the communication and content industries, who will now be the residual body for The Gold Medal; ensuring the safekeeping and oversight of the Gold Medal for future generations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Gold Medal is the ultimate industry award and presented at the Paper Industry Gold Awards, held annually at Stationers\u2019 Hall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Martyn Eustace<\/strong>, Chairman of the Gold Medal Association says; \u201cI\u2019m delighted that The Stationers\u2019 Company, closely associated with the Gold Medal since its inception, will now safeguard the future for the Gold Medal.
