They were up 11% when compared to the same 11 months of 2023.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The operating rate for bleached packaging papers was 75.9%, up 4.8 points from November 2023 and up 6.7 points year-to-date.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipments of the biggest subgrade in unbleached packaging papers \u2013 bag &amp; sack \u2013 were 97,200\u00a0short tons for the month of November, up 2.6% from the same month last year and up 16.6% year-to-date.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The American Forest &amp; Paper Association (AF&amp;PA) released the November 2024 Packaging Papers Monthly report.\u202f\u00a0 Total packaging papers &amp; specialty packaging shipments in November increased 9% compared to November 2023.
