EcoPeelCover: The thinnest lidding solution with superior puncture resistance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n EcoPeelCover is designed to be as thin as possible while maintaining the high standards of mechanical properties found in standard die-cut lids. It significantly enhances material and energy efficiency by reducing aluminium thickness to 25\u00b5m and extrusion coating to 13 grams\/m\u00b2\u2014down from the previous 38\u00b5m thickness and 24 grams\/m\u00b2 coating layer. This represents a 25% reduction in aluminium thickness and a 50% reduction in coating layer. Despite its reduced thickness, EcoPeelCover matches standard die-cut lids in puncture resistance, corrosion resistance, and peelability.
