It discusses the special features and regulatory requirements of direct food contact with printing inks and coatings, and how brand owners can balance visually appealing packaging with the demand for sustainability-oriented design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At 4:30 PM on 4<sup>e<\/sup>&nbsp;In June, Patrick H\u00fcbel, Director of Global Product and Color Management, will unveil the licensed Hubergroup Digital Color Communication (HDCC) system. \u201cHit the Spot \u2013 Digital Color Communication\u201d will use modern software solutions for capturing, digitizing and exchanging color specifications \u2013 a process intended to increase quality, speed and efficiency \u2013 and H\u00fcbel will present a way to visualize color templates digitally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Lars Hancke will host a fourth Hubergroup event on September 6<sup>e<\/sup>&nbsp;June at 4 p.m. \u201cRecyclable Printing Ink Solutions\u201d will explore the role that printing inks play in material recycling, with upcoming recycling guidelines requiring packaging manufacturers to re-evaluate standard printing ink systems and propose alternative solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Three stands show Hubergroup\u2019s innovations and products in the field of food packaging. The company\u2019s MGA portfolio will be on display at Koenig &amp; Bauer\u2019s stand A31-1 to A31-5 in Hall 16.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This includes the MGA NATURA fast-strike sheetfed offset series. It is designed to be printed on the outside of food packaging and will be part of the Extended Gamut System on Koenig &amp; Bauer machines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, the MGA CONTACT direct food contact range, which claims to provide clear and secure printing on the inside of paper or cardboard food packaging, will be on display. Hubergroup experts are present to discuss 7-color printing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Hall 14, the Expert Srl stand (Stand D-50) will showcase hubergroup\u2019s water-based packaging ink solutions for a range of compliant packaging.
