This work is the result of a collaboration between the FEFCO Sustainable Manufacturing Workgroup and RISE Bioeconomy and Health.<\/strong><\/em><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>This Handbook provides practical guidance, presenting a collection of proven strategies and techniques to enhance energy efficiency in the corrugated cardboard production and conversion processes, aligning with FEFCO\u2019s Climate Neutrality Roadmap 2050.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It encompasses various aspects of production, conversion, and energy management, with a focus on short-term, typically 1 to 3-year, implementable solutions. By adopting the recommended actions outlined in the handbook, corrugated cardboard manufacturers and converters can achieve significant energy savings, reduce carbon emissions, and enhance operational energy efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This publication marks a pivotal moment for the corrugated cardboard industry\u2019s commitment to the FEFCO Climate Neutrality Roadmap.
