Attending this important industry event as a gold sponsor and exhibitor, the company seized the opportunity to demonstrate its wide reach in flexo prepress and engage directly with visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As they stepped inside Hall 3, visitors were greeted by the distinctive XSYS stand where the ThermoFlexX TFxX 30 and larger 48 model plate imagers attracted great interest. The ThermoFlexX 48 could be seen connected to the new Catena-E 48 LED exposure unit, demonstrating how automation is changing the platemaking process. XSYS also displayed its broad range of flexographic and letterpress plates for label and packaging production, along with the rotec\u00ae portfolio of adapters and sleeves, including the Smart Premium and Smart Sleeves, Eco Xtra Ring for adapters, and associated upgrade program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A concept label for \u201cXSYS Hot Sizzle Sauce\u201d produced specifically for the show illustrated how to \u201cSpice up your brilliance\u201d with the capabilities of the nyloflex\u00ae FTV flexo printing plate, imaged and processed on the ThermoFlexX and Catena-E equipment. Produced by Polish label specialist, Grafpol, it included QR codes for easy access to more information on the company website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

XSYS was also present as a gold sponsor of the Flexo\u2019s Future: ECG (Extended Color Gamut) seminar, which discussed the benefits of printing with a fixed set of inks. During the seminar, XSYS Product Manager Florian H\u00f6lzle explained the role played by XSYS products and equipment in the quest to increase efficiencies and maximize sustainability in print production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
